Abstract: This talk will systematically analyze how teachers can effectively engage in educational research paper writing from four dimensions: "Why Write," "What to Write," "How to Write," and "How to Publish."
Biography: Wang Weihua, a Senior Editor with 30 years of experience in journal editing, served as the Director of the Press and Periodical Society of People's Education Press and currently acts as the Chief Editor of *Primary and Secondary School Teaching Materials and Instruction*. She has published over 30 academic papers on curriculum and teaching theory, primary school mathematics curriculum materials, and teaching in academic journals such as Curriculum, Teaching Material and Method, Educational Science Research, and Contemporary Educational Science.
