Lecture Title: Ground State Solutions for Schrödinger-Poisson Systems with Multiple Critical Exponents
Speaker: Du Yao (Xihua University)
Date & Time: 2:00–3:00 PM, May 23, 2025
Venue: Room 426, Huixing Building
Abstract: In this talk, Dr. Du Yao will discuss the existence of non-negative ground state radial solutions and non-trivial radial solutions for Schrödinger-Poisson systems with power-type weights in both the Schrödinger and Poisson terms. The nonlinearities may involve single or multiple weighted critical exponents. The main analytical methods employed include Ekeland’s variational principle, the Nehari manifold method, and the mountain pass theorem.
Biography: Du Yao received her Ph.D. from Capital Normal University. She currently holds a Young Scientist Project from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a Young Scientist Project from the Sichuan Provincial Natural Science Foundation. Her research focuses on variational methods and nonlinear functional analysis, with over ten publications in domestic and international mathematical journals such as Journal of Mathematical Physics,Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences,Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications.
All faculty and students are welcome to attend!
