Speaker Profile: Yiqiao Wang is a professor and doctoral advisor at the School of Mathematics, Statistics, and Mechanics at Beijing University of Technology, and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. She serves as an executive council member and deputy secretary-general of the Graph Theory and Combinatorics Branch of the Chinese Operations Research Society, as well as a member of the Specialized Committee on Combinatorics and Graph Theory of the Chinese Mathematical Society and the Specialized Committee on Graph Theory, Combinatorics, and Applications of the Chinese Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics. Her current research focuses on graph theory and combinatorial optimization. She has led four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and participated in one international (regional) cooperation and exchange project. She has published over 90 SCI-indexed papers in related research fields. She has received the Second Prize of the Ministry of Education’s Award for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions (Natural Sciences), among other honors.
