Luo Peng, Male, Han nationality, born in July 1989, from Wuhan, Hubei Province, joined the work force in September 2015, and joined the Communist Party of China in December 2019. Graduated from the Department of Probability and statistics, school of Mathematics, Peking University, a college teacher.
