Huang Chao, associate professor, School of Shenzhen University Mathematics and statistics. Phd in National Sun Yat-sen University Mathematics. The main research fields are graph signal processing, computational harmonic analysis, optimization theory and algorithm, time-frequency analysis of non-stationary signals. He has published more than 20 papers in IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, Journal of Approximation Theory and other journals, and has presided over two National Natural Science Foundation of China and one natural science foundation of Guangdong Province. Director of the Guangdong Institute of Computational Mathematics, won the first prize of the excellent young thesis of Guangdong Province, was recognized as Shenzhen high-level talents.
