报告内容:In this talk, I will discuss with the small porosity asymptotic behavior of the coupled Stokes-Brinkman system in the presence of a curved interface between the Stokes region and the Brinkman region. In particular, we derive a set of approximate solutions, validated via rigorous analysis, to the coupled Stokes-Brinkman system. Of particular interest is that the approximate solution satisfies a generalized Beavers-Joseph-Saffman-Jones interface condition (1.9)with the constant of proportionality independent of the curvature of the interface. It is a joint work with Mingwen Fei and Xiaoming Wang.

报告人简历:

牛冬娟,首都师范大学数学科学学院教授,博士生导师。主要研究不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程及相关流体模型解的适定性及渐近行为以及边界层问题等。在国际知名期刊SIAM Journal on Mathematical AnalysisIndiana Univ. Math. J.等发表20余篇学术论文。曾多次受邀访问美国、香港、巴西、波兰等,多次获得国家自然科学基金及北京市自然科学基金资助。
