Abstract:

Biography: Yan Weigen is a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at Jimei University. He received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Xiamen University in July 2003 and conducted postdoctoral research at the Academia Sinica, Taiwan, from October 2004 to December 2006. In 2009, he won the First Prize of the Fujian Provincial Natural Science and Technology Award, and in 2010, he was awarded the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He has been invited to deliver academic visits at more than 10 universities in Taiwan, Singapore, and Australia. He previously served as the Vice President of the Fujian Mathematical Society and currently serves as a member of the Combinatorics and Graph Theory Professional Committee of the Chinese Mathematical Society, the Vice President of the Fujian Operations Research Society, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Jimei University (Natural Science Edition). His research focuses on combinatorics and graph theory, with over 70 academic papers published in international journals such as J. Combin. Theory Ser. A,Adv. Appl. Math., Theoret. Comput. Sci.,Stud. Appl. Math. and Science in China Series A (English Edition). He has secured multiple grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China for his research.
