Speaker Profile:
Jia'ao Li, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, School of Mathematical Sciences, Nankai University. Primary research interests include discrete mathematics and combinatorial graph theory, encompassing graph coloring, Tutte integer flow theory, graph structures and decompositions, additive combinatorics, networks, and combinatorial optimization. Has completed and published over thirty papers, with research findings featured in journals such as J. Combin. Theory Ser. B, SIAM J. Discrete Math, and J. Graph Theory. Selected for Tianjin's “131” Innovative Talent Cultivation Program (Tier 3, 2019), Tianjin Youth Talent Support Program (2020), and Nankai University's Hundred Young Discipline Leaders Cultivation Plan (2021). Awarded the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Science Fund Project (Category B) in 2022. In 2024, he received funding from the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation Young Scientist Program (Category A). He was also awarded the China Operations Research Society Young Scientist Award in 2024.
