报告题目: Singular solutions for some second and fourth order elliptic equations

Asymptotic expansions up to arbitrary orders at the isolated singular point of prescribed singular solutions of some second and fourth order elliptic equations are established. Using such expansions, we can construct singular solutions to these equations by introducing suitable weighted Holder spaces related to the operators of the equations.

报告人简介：

郭宗明，河南省特聘教授，理学博士、博士生导师。曾任中国数学会理事，河南省数学会理事长。1987年在中国科学院数学所获硕士学位，1992年获英国Glasgow大学博士学位。1992年至1994年在澳大利亚新英格兰大学和悉尼大学从事博士后研究工作。2009年1月被聘为河南省特聘教授。主持完成多项国家自然科学基金面上项目，河南省杰出青年基金等重大科研项目。在国际顶级学术期刊如Indiana Univ. Math. J., Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations, J. Functional Analysis, Trans. Amer. Math. Soc., SIAM J. Math. Anal., J. Lond. Math. Soc., J. Math. Pures Appl.,Comm. Partial Differential Equations等上面发表论文120多篇，引用近2000次。欢迎感兴趣的老师和同学参加！
