From March 28 to 30, 2025, the Academic Symposium on Convex Integration Methods in PDEs and Related Topics, hosted by the School of Mathematical Sciences of Shenzhen University, was successfully held at the Yuehai Campus. The symposium aimed to present new developments and trends in related research fields, foster mutual understanding and collaboration through in-depth discussions, and promote advancements in PDEs and related disciplines. The event brought together distinguished scholars and PhD candidates from prestigious institutions including Peking University, the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the University of Science and Technology of China, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Nanjing University, Sun Yat-sen University, Xiamen University, Sichuan University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
During the two-day forum, 11 experts delivered presentations and engaged in exchanges, sharing cutting-edge insights on theoretical research and frontier issues in PDEs.

The reports provided comprehensive discussions on the latest research progress, developmental trends, and future directions of convex integration methods and related challenges in PDEs. Topics spanned theoretical frameworks and practical applications addressing critical aspects such as solution well-posedness, stability analysis, and ill-posedness problems in PDEs.

Scholars from various institutions engaged in vibrant on-site discussions, creating a dynamic atmosphere of academic exchange. The presentations garnered significant attention and interest, sparking thorough debates and knowledge-sharing sessions. Participants unanimously praised the symposium for its substantial content, rigorous scholarly environment, and fruitful outcomes.
