Speaker:Pak Tung Ho, Professor (Tamkang University )
Time:10:30-12:00, July 2, 2026
Location:Room 1425, Huiwen Building, Yuehai Campus, Shenzhen University
Abstract: Equivariant Yamabe problem is a generalization of the classical Yamabe problem under the control of its isometry group. In this talk, I will explain what equivariant Yamabe problem is, and its generalization to the manifolds with boundary and to the CR manifolds.
Speaker Profile:Pak Tung Ho is currently a professor at Tamkang University and previously held positions as assistant professor, associate professor, and professor at Sogang University. His primary research areas include differential geometry, geometric analysis, and partial differential equations, particularly the Yamabe problem and the CR-Yamabe problem, in which he has published numerous significant results.
Faculty and students are welcome to attend!
